Within your personal training package you can expect to receive:

  • 2 x 45-minute personal training sessions p/wk.

You can be confident you will receive an easy to understand, tailored solution to suit your goals, needs and lifestyle. As well as the ongoing education and support outside sessions to ensure you stay on track and achieve results long term.

 
  • Before commencing training, you will undergo a comprehensive pre-screening to discuss your training history and dietary habits to uncover any issues that are commonly overlooked that may have been holding you back such as sleep quality, stress, gut health and more.

    Within this session we will also discuss your goals and lifestyle habits to ensure we develop a tailored solution that is enjoyable, easy to follow and that is achievable based on your lifestyle and preferences.

  • Next, we will conduct a body fat assessment via skin folds and photos, to take an accurate snapshot of current body fat levels and muscle to assess visual progress over the course of your training.

    We will also conduct regular fortnightly measurements to allow you to witness your progress in real-time by accurately measuring fat lost and muscle gained, to ensure you stay on track to achieving your goals.

  • Prior to commencing training, you will receive a tailored body transformation plan to suit your body that includes training programs that are engaging and goal oriented, as well as detailed nutritional guidance that allows you to leave restrictive eating habits behind, and embrace a balance, healthy relationship with food that allows you to achieve your goals, while still enjoying the foods you enjoy!

    You will also have the convenience of being able to access your training, nutrition & sleep tracking from your smartphone via our custom coaching application.

  • Within each 45 minute personal training session, you will be guided on everything required to succeed in your training safe and effectively.

    From how to warm-up, setup and execute exercises effectively for maximum results as well as general education and guidance around the essential principles to adhere to in order to get the most out of your training.

  • Aside from the in-depth coaching during training, you also have the added bonus of ongoing support outside of sessions, ensuring that support is always available.

    Your progression will also be followed closely via in-app tracking of bodyweight trends and nutrition tracking, to ensure that you are progressing optimally and adjustments to your plan can be made as required.
