Before commencing training, you will undergo a comprehensive pre-screening to discuss your training history and dietary habits to uncover any issues that are commonly overlooked that may have been holding you back such as sleep quality, stress, gut health and more.
Within this session we will also discuss your goals and lifestyle habits to ensure we develop a tailored solution that is enjoyable, easy to follow and that is achievable based on your lifestyle and preferences.

This is where the fun begins!
To get the ball rolling, you will undergo a comprehensive online pre-screening to provide your coach with a snapshot of your training history and dietary habits, and current stage of health as well as uncover any commonly overlooked issues that may have been holding you back such as sleep quality, stress, gut health and more.
n addition, you will be also have the opportunity to outline your preferences for consideration in compiling your plan, including exercises and foods you like - and ones you don’t!
Once you have submitted the intake forms, your coach will get to work taking all of your requests into account to provide you with a detailed personalised training, nutrition and lifestyle plan that is tailored to suit your goals, and lifestyle.

Once completed, you will receive your tailored plan which you will be able to access via our custom coaching application. Within the app, you will be able to view and track your training sessions, as well as detailed nutritional guidance that allows you to leave restrictive eating habits behind, and embrace a balance, healthy relationship with food that allows you to achieve your goals, while still enjoying the foods you enjoy!
After installing the app on your smartphone, you will also be able to link up your Fitbit, Apple watch, Myfitnesspal, upload progress photos and more, to streamline your progress tracking every step of your journey.

Each week, you will submit a brief online check in form detailing your progress as well as providing feedback on training performance, nutritional adherence, and sleep quality. After being reviewed by your coach, you will receive personalised video feedback talking you through what you have done well, as well as any guidance on how to continue to improve for the week ahead.
As part of this feedback, you are encouraged to film and upload videos of your training for review on how exercise setup and execution for maximum results. As well as make any requests for education and guidance on specific topics of concern for you from an evidence based perspective, to help get the most out of your training.
Your progression and training performance will also be followed closely from behind the scenes via in-app reporting on bodyweight trends, training performance and nutrition tracking, to ensure that you are progressing optimally and adjustments to your plan can be made as required.
